Mr. Chen Leads Team to Visit Wood Board Factory, Resolves High-Chroma & High-COD Wastewater Issues On-Site, Delivering Exceptionally Clear Treated Water
In March 2026, Mr. Chen, General Manager of our company, led a technical team to conduct an on-site inspection and technical exchange at a well-known wood board manufacturer. The visit aimed to deepen bilateral cooperation while delivering professional solutions to industrial wastewater problems generated during wood board production.
At the factory’s finished product exhibition area, Mr. Chen and his delegation carefully listened to the briefing from the factory management and held in-depth, friendly discussions with accompanying foreign partners. Mr. Chen gained a detailed understanding of the production processes, surface treatment technologies and application scenarios of high-end wood boards. Both sides exchanged views on future international market expansion, in a harmonious and highly efficient communication atmosphere.

The technical team then focused on inspecting the factory’s current wastewater treatment conditions. Wood board production wastewater is characterized by extremely high chroma and a COD value of up to 80,000 mg/L, which conventional treatment processes struggle to bring up to standard, creating a bottleneck restricting the enterprise’s green upgrading. On site, Mr. Chen directed the team to collect samples for analysis, promptly convened expert discussions, and proposed a targeted one-stop solution.
By optimizing chemical dosing, precipitation separation and advanced purification processes, the on-site demonstration showed a dramatic improvement in water quality: the originally dark brown, highly turbid wastewater quickly settled and separated, with the upper layer turning exceptionally clear and transparent. Both chroma and COD were drastically reduced, meeting the factory’s required discharge and reuse standards.

The factory management spoke highly of the technical support, commenting: “Your company’s solution is efficient and highly practical, and has genuinely solved the long-standing environmental challenge that has plagued us.”
Mr. Chen stated: “Green manufacturing represents the core competitiveness of the industry going forward. Our company will continue to leverage its strengths in environmental protection technologies to provide customized solutions for more manufacturing enterprises, helping them achieve a win-win of economic and environmental benefits.”
This visit not only strengthened the foundation of cooperation between the two parties but also further demonstrated our company’s professional expertise in industrial wastewater treatment. Moving forward, we will continue to deepen our focus on the environmental protection sector and drive the green transformation of more enterprises through technological innovation.
